In March 1983, Phillip Daidone started the journey opening his real estate office, he had one clear vision to put together the best real estate office possible to service the area.

Prior to the opening of his office he had been working in a local real estate office since 1971.His knowledge of the area is comprehensive.

Phillip has been the leader and has influenced the company's direction, taking it to new heights as one of the Berala's most active and well respected Award winning agencies.

Years later his sons Joseph and Anthony both joined the company.

At the helm of a rapidly growing, successful business Phillip and his team have been awarded top real estate achievements since his commencement.

Our experience is extensive, combined with his great deal of knowledge about salesmanship, communication and team motivation.

As an active member of the community, Phillip is also a registered Justice of the Peace.
